Opuluxe Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Opuluxe. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

The product must show no signs of use or wear

For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty devices cannot be returned.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at opuluxebeautycare@yahoo.com to receive return instructions and authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an Opuluxe error (such as a defective or incorrect item).

If your purchase included a discount or promotion, refunds will reflect the amount actually paid.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.

Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at opuluxebeautycare@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
